Our Story So Far

The Timeline
2008 — Growing Together
Trevin and Carisa met in grade 10 marketing class at Woburn Collegiate, where they formed a band called The Playmakers. Their friendship grew through countless jams and a school talent show, though Trevin secretly kept his crush to himself.
2017 — The Adventures
While still best friends, Trevin often picked Carisa up from work with her favorite treats. One night at Canoe, he gave her 11 white roses and one artificial one, saying, “I’ll love you until the last one dies.” Carisa laughed in surprise, realizing they shared the same feelings.
2024 — The Proposal
On April 2, 2024, Trevin took Carisa to her favorite place, surrounded by the animals she loves. As she prepared to sing while he played guitar—just like old times—he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife.

FAQs
Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Yes! We wanted to make everything as convenient as possible for our guests. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM at the Garden Gazebo (outdoor), followed by cocktail hour and dinner in the Trillium Hall (indoor).
Can I bring a guest?
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. Thank you so much for your understanding.
Is parking available?
Yes — there is ample complimentary parking available at the venue.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Drinks are on us. Please enjoy responsibly and plan safe transportation. We’ve included a list of nearby hotel recommendations above for your convenience.
